Submit Your Reservation Request
Once you know what you need, reach out via phone, email, or our website form to request your items. Be sure to include:
- Travel Dates
- Delivery Location (If Needed)
- List of Items

Tip: Early booking is recommended, especially during summer and holidays.
Confirm Availability & Payment
We’ll confirm your reservation based on item availability and your travel schedule. A detailed invoice will be provided. Full payment is due prior to delivery.
Delivery or Pickup
We offer delivery and pickup options in Victor, Driggs, Tetonia (ID), and Alta (WY). We’ll coordinate a convenient time and location with you.
Easy Return at Departure
At the end of your stay, simply leave the items where agreed upon, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll confirm everything is collected and in good condition.
Important Rental Guidelines
To help make your experience smooth, please review the following rental policies:
- All equipment is sanitized before and after every use.
- Damage or loss may incur replacement or repair charges.
- Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior, subject to availability.
- Items are rented per reservation window; early returns do not result in partial refunds.
- Evening sitter services and daycare must be reserved separately and confirmed in advance.
- Please inspect items upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns.
